At Nishat Creative Store, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
